Palmster Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Palmster ("the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Palmster

• You must be 18 or older to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure. The app does not use accounts, so anyone with access to your device can see readings saved on it.

Photographs and other people's hands

• Only photograph hands you are entitled to photograph. If you scan another person's palm — for example in a Romantic Match reading — you must have their permission first.
• Do not upload images that are unlawful, or that infringe someone else's rights.
• Palm photos are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Readings, credits and subscriptions

• Free reading. Your first palm reading is free. No account or payment is required.
• Credits. Additional readings can be purchased as credit packs. Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Palmster Plus. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offering unlimited readings, available on weekly, monthly and yearly terms. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Billing and cancellation. All purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store; cancelling stops future renewals and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong with a reading you paid for, contact us and we will try to help.
• Prices. Prices vary by country and may change. Any price change to an existing subscription will be applied in line with Google Play's rules.

Availability and changes to the app

We may add, change, or remove features, and readings depend on a third-party AI provider that may itself change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that the app will be available without interruption, or that any particular feature will remain.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or the services it relies on, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not use the app to harass another person, or present readings to anyone as factual advice.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, or to access paid features you have not purchased.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, its artwork and its design belong to us. The text of a reading generated for you is yours to keep and share; sharing it does not transfer any rights in the app itself.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Because readings are entertainment, we make no warranty that any reading is accurate, meaningful, or fit for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which removes readings stored on your device. We may suspend access if the app is being used in breach of these terms or unlawfully.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
