Rokdim (רוקדים) Privacy Policy

Rokdim (“the app”, “we”, “us”) helps you discover dance and nature-trance events. This policy explains what data the app handles. By using Rokdim you agree to this policy.

Summary

• We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
• Favorites, theme, language, and notification preferences are stored only on your device.
• The app loads a public list of upcoming events from our backend (Supabase). That request does not send your personal profile.
• Local notifications (if you enable them) are scheduled on your device.

Information the app handles

• Event listings. The app fetches event information (title, dates, location text, images, links, etc.) from our hosted database so you can browse upcoming events.
• Favorites. Events you mark as favorite are saved locally on your device.
• Settings. Language, theme, and notification preferences are saved locally on your device.
• Notifications. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally using your device’s notification system. No push-notification account is created by us.
• Event images / links. Event images and external ticket/info links may be loaded from third-party hosts chosen by event organizers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or build advertising profiles.
• We do not create user accounts or store a personal identity for you on our servers.

Third-party services

• Supabase — hosts the public events API used by the app. See Supabase privacy policy.
• Google Play — distributes the app. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Event image / link hosts — when you view an event image or open an external link, those hosts may receive a normal network request (similar to opening a website).

Children

Rokdim is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
