Parents Aid Privacy Policy

Parents Aid ("the app") is a parent-operated tool for routines, habits, learning, and reward coupons. The intended user is a parent or caregiver. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Summary

• We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, email, or your child's name on our servers.
• All progress (stars, punch cards, routines, rewards, child profiles) is stored only on your device.
• We do not sell data, show ads, or use analytics SDKs that track your family.
• Nothing is uploaded from the app to servers we operate.

Who the app is for

Parents Aid is designed for adults (parents/caregivers) to use on a parent-held device while guiding children. It is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13.

Information stored on your device

• Child profiles — nicknames, ages, and settings you enter (local only).
• Activity data — routines, punch cards, quizzes, rewards, and growth stats (local only).
• Parent PIN — stored locally to gate parent-only settings. Change it in Settings; do not share it with children.
• Notifications — if enabled, routine reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

What we do not do

• We do not upload your family's data to our servers.
• We do not track children across apps or websites.
• We do not require children to create accounts or interact with the app alone.
• We do not use the data for advertising or profiling.

Permissions

• Notifications — optional reminders for routines (local).
• Exact alarms — optional scheduled reminders (local).
• Vibrate — feedback for interactions.

Third-party services

• Google Play — distributes the app and may process standard store install/crash analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
• Fonts — Nunito is bundled inside the app; no font data is sent to third parties at runtime.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device. You can also remove individual child profiles inside the app. For questions about deletion, email guy.bashan@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

Because the app is parent-held and stores information only on the parent's device, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers. Parents control what nicknames and progress are stored locally.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
