Privacy Policy – Stack Tracker
Last updated: 25 January 2026
This privacy policy applies to the app Stack Tracker ("the app") and describes how we handle your information.
Data we collect and why
- Account: The app can use anonymous sign-in (no email or name required). Account identifiers are used only to store your data (supplements, reminders, intake logs) and to restore it on reinstall or a new device.
- Supplement and intake data: Names, dosages, schedules, and take/skip logs you enter are stored and used to show your tracker, history, and (if you use the feature) AI insights.
- Usage and diagnostics: We may collect crash or usage data to fix bugs and improve the app (e.g. via Firebase or your distribution platform). We do not sell this data.
Where your data is stored
Your supplement and intake data is stored in cloud databases (e.g. Firebase) so it can sync to your account and be available across devices. Only data linked to your account is stored.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:
- When you explicitly use a feature that shares data (e.g. "Share stack").
- If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- With service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality.
Your choices
- You can stop using the app and delete your account or data through the app or by contacting us.
- You can disable notifications in your device settings or in the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the updated policy (and "Last updated" date) in the app or at a URL you can open from the app.
